Brought my 2024 Beta AR for an end of winter wash and told me it would take 15 days because everyone’s bringing theirs in for a wash.

As they were inspecting my jacket, they found deterioration in the pocket lining and darkening on the inside of my jacket in the same spot. They said it was delamination and offered me store credit for a new one.

A win win cause now I don’t have to wait for the 15 days turnaround.

I brought my Beta AR (not revised) into the store for their cleaning service and as they were inspecting my jacket, they found my pocket with what they called delamination and offered me credit for the jacket. I felt the damage and the material felt as if it was deteriorating thread by thread. 2 year old jacket by the way. Anyone with similar issues?
