Body composition in early pregnancy
Hey guys, I think I’m feeling a little self conscious with the changing bod 😂😭 and I know how bad this sounds!! More so just want to hear of those in the same boat. But brief history I loosely tracked macros and easily did 13k steps average daily, 2x Pilates, 3x weights per week. I had 1st and 2nd abs when I got pregnant right 😂 I just wanna know, if the extra soft belly fluff I now have at 12 weeks is hormonal and normal and did you guys get it too? I have probably been under eating, maybe not the right foods (aversions) and few weeks didn’t get all my weights and steps. I need to go easy on my self I know, but I wonder, is it hormones or is it something I’m doing/not doing? Thank you guys. 💘
