About a week ago, I developed a rash and swelling on my face. A few days ago, I went to the doctor and got steroids and a cortisone shot. Been doing ice packs, massaging my face, staying hydrated, etc. Swelling not going down. What more can I do?

My son is in 2nd grade and one of his classmates invited him to his birthday party this weekend. No physical invite and I have no way to contact the parents. Would you go? I feel uncomfortable, like I’m crashing a party, but I also don’t want my son to miss out.
