Spinning rod help
Hello, I generally build fly rods but I’m stepping out of my general experience and venturing into spinning rods. I am planning on going with a st croix 7’ ultralight blank for panfish … I’m having trouble finding the right guides for the build with my first choice Fuji sic guides having 3 sizes , low med and high.. it seems like I need the rod the reel and the handle all built out and a plethora of guides to make it work. Does anyone have any experience with this blank or have any rules of thumb or even a recommended guide brand that doesn’t have this L,M,H thing going on that would just work and not cause any bumps on the guide rings. Any help would be much appreciated!
