Would different takes on the Waynes death work

A version I’ve been thinking of is it’s done by the court of owls

Thomas and Martha Wayne were killed by a talon assassin simply named THE CHILL

Only reason Bruce survived was because he was hidden and The Chill only had orders to kill the parents

So after that he vowed to stop dangerous killers like The Chill again. And he originally thought it was the League of Assassins. But by spending time with them and learning about their history. He realized their not the same cult

So goes back to Gotham, in a similar costume to the Owl to stop other violent dangerous criminals. And to eventually find the killer. But over time, started to take more time in protecting Gotham rather than finding vengeance. Becoming their Knight
