After a few months with Ejaguard and AH, I finally understand why people prefer them

For the longest time I mostly used regular delay sprays, so when people kept talking about herbal stuff like EjaGuard and Alpha Herb I honestly assumed it was probably placebo or just overhyped. But after using both for a couple months, I kinda understand why people like them.

The first few times with EjaGuard were actually underwhelming for me. I used way too much because I treated it like a normal spray. I was doing like 4-5 sprays and only waiting maybe 10-15 mins. Sometimes it felt uneven, other times I barely noticed anything.

After messing with it more, I realized the timing mattered way more than the amount. What ended up working best for me was only using 2-3 lighter sprays and waiting closer to 30 mins, especially after a warm shower. Once I started doing that, it felt way smoother and more consistent.

The biggest thing was it never gave me that super numb feeling. It just felt like I had a little more room before hitting the point of no return. Everything still felt normal physically, just less overwhelming.

AH honestly reminded me of EjaGuard more than I expected. The feeling was pretty similar for me — natural, not super numbing, more “control” than straight-up desensitizing. I do think AH felt a little stronger sometimes, but also a little less convenient overall. Having to keep it refrigerated got annoying fast lol. And because it’s drops instead of a spray, I found myself overthinking the amount every time I used it.

Still though, both felt completely different from the stronger sprays I used before. Less of that “dead feeling,” more like things were just calmer and easier to control.

One thing I definitely learned is that these herbal products seem way more dependent on routine. Timing, amount, even whether I applied after a shower seemed to change the experience.

At first I kept expecting some huge instant effect, but once I stopped chasing that, I actually started liking them a lot more.
