Bought car from different state, now I think it has the wrong emissions control label from a hood swap.

I have a 1995 eclipse and the emissions control label says "this vehicle conforms to the US EPA regulations applicable to 1997 model year motor vehicles at all altitudes. Then lists the engine family coming back to a 97 motor. I don't know if they did a hood swap or what but is this going to make me fail getting my car registered in California especially since it only lists it conforms to the US EPA? I looked up what a 95 ecl looks like and lists a different engine family, lists the correct year 1995, and says it conforms to both EPA and California. Should I switch it out for the correct ECL or will I be okay? I just spent a lot of money on this car. Pretty sure they have to do a reg 31 on it because I bought it out of state because they said I have to come to the DMV to get the car inspected.

My 95 eclipse gsx manual just got delivered today

As someone requested here's the factory 6 CD changer in the trunk. It's in a black cover which unzips. Very cool. I took it for a short drive. No engine problems and the gears shift like butter. The car is in almost perfect condition besides a little bit of surface rust on the manifold cover and on the exhaust. other than that she's mint. The delivery driver who has Porsche and Ferraris in his truck said he was jealous and used to have the same car.
