Tuscany accommodations w/3 month old coming in from Rome - next week (late April / early May)

Last minute we're booking a trip to Tuscany next week (late April / early May 2026). Have a good deal on miles/points flying into Rome. About 7 days. Traveling with a 3 month old and my wife.

Where would you recommend we position ourselves to have nice scenery w/crib, laundry, a separate room to but the crib, and ideally a porch?Importantly, I don't want to have to cook (my criteria for vacation)? Not hard to travel to decent vineyards or at least some good wine tasting from the good vineyards. We found a nice AirBnB with breakfast included but it's in the hills without restaurants within minutes. Open to resorts too for around $400-$500 / night.
