Weird BDM 050M problem

I have a really weird problem with my 050M Board.
The controller suddenly "rumbled" without any reason (in menus for example). Later, the adaptive triggers started "ratteling". I desoldered the wires to fix it.
3 weeks(!) after starting using it it got really bad drift on R3. I cant tell why because i only used it for like 5-6 hours in FH5 🙈.
Right after it got drift i lost vibration, adaptive triggers, usb and every light (Touchpad, mute button and main led). But it seems to charge via usb and bottom port. Windows does only connect via Bluetooth.
The controller itself "works" with mentioned drift. All buttons work, touchpad klicks but doesnt register touch (tested in Astro Bot).
The controller came with the ps5 pro and was the replacement for my 2020 G1 controller that died after almost 6 years.
The main problem is that the controller is out of warranty because i bought the console in 12/24.
Did anyone experience the same issue and could tell me what to check on the board to possibly fix it?
