Anyone know if these metrics are accurate?

My % is super low and I feel like it’s not accurate. Anyone else feeling the same?

Also…why is the firm encouraging so much AI usage. If anything there should be a disclaimer stating to use it only if necessary.

Now I gotta start doing AI prompts everyday asking about the weather when I don’t even need to use the darn thing.
