Thapar Biotech (PCB): Is 32L worth it for a "Strong Backup"?

Hi everyone,

I’m a PCB student (dropper) and just got a provisional offer for B.Tech Biotech at Thapar (TIET). My main goal is NEET (May 3rd), and this is my backup plan.

I need a reality check on a few things:

ROI vs. High Package: The total cost is hitting ₹30L+. I’m aiming for a high-paying corporate role (10-12+ LPA) right after graduation. Do Biotech students actually get these, or is that mostly for CSE?

The 'Early' Fee: They want ₹3.24L by April 24th (before NEET). If I don't pay now, what are the chances of getting a seat later via NEET marks? Does Biotech fill up fast?

Refunds: How smooth is the refund process if I clear NEET and withdraw in July? Do they follow UGC guidelines?

Skills: I’m planning to learn Python/Data Analytics to pivot into tech/consulting. Is this a common/successful path for Biotech PCB students there?

I'm torn between securing a 'guaranteed' seat now vs. waiting for NEET results. Any 'insider' advice is appreciated!
