Standing desk won’t go lower/has a false bottom
The normal lowest height should be 28, but it won’t go lower than 36. It even starts to slow down around 37 before it hits 36. I’ve tried unplugging every cable from everything overnight. I’ve tried giving slight pressure to “force” it to go down more. I’ve tried long holding the down button to reset. This desk is pretty old and discontinued so I’m not 100% sure how to reset/recalibrate the desk. It does seem to flash sometimes when I long hold it, but nothing happens.
The control box is the KDDY094. If anyone has any idea, would much appreciate!
