Any tips on angle sensitivity?

So the app is saying I need to change the angle of my mini, but it seems to work like this, which is basically flat because of my Cybertruck slant. Any tips if I should do something about this?

Kinda hard to explain but I've noticed since using One UI 8 that while I'm using my phone sometimes my notification list suddenly drops down, like I swiped it from the top, but I didn't swipe from the top. Anyone else having this issue?
