Basically the title, it's an furnished room, 15m² and it's located at some 7 mins walking distance from Tilburg University. 690 is inclusive of utilities and service charges. I'm an international student and will be joining Tilburg Universiry this September intake.

Please help me understand.

Also, if you have any insights on particular questions that I should ask the owner or any points that I should keep in mind, that will be much appreciated.
