I can take dailies from the districts themselves and the khajiit outside the faction area, but I don't get any from the sea elf lady. Meanwhile my buddy who has played through all of our progress with me, gets dailies from her. We are close to giving up on figuring out why... Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Is there some kind of hidden quest I haven't done? O did the intro quest which gives you the house...
