For daily life, do you usually carry your original passport with you all the time, or just keep digital copies/photos of the passport, visa, and I-94 on your phone?
My concern is mainly about possible immigration checks or ICE interactions, especially because my kids obviously don’t have a driver license or local ID yet.
What do most families in legal status actually do in practice?
