I hate the Commonwealth Bank. I think they are the number one example of why privatisation is never a good idea.

I think they treat customers like garbage and treat their staff even worse.

I have recently been given a direct line to the scams and fraud team in the process of trying to resolve an issue between my bank and the Commonwealth Bank.

To whatever extent this may be useful to somebody hoping not to wait on hold for hours at a time in order to speak to a human about where their money has gone.
