Struggling to Switch Jobs as a Full Stack Developer (2.5 YOE) – Need Advice
Hi everyone,
I’m a full stack developer with around 2.5 years of experience, and I’ve been trying to switch to a new job recently. Unfortunately, it’s been really difficult I haven’t even received a single call back so far.
I’m not sure what I might be doing wrong. Is the job market currently this tough, or could it be an issue with my resume, skills, or the way I’m applying?
I would really appreciate any advice on:
- How to improve my chances of getting interview calls
-Common mistakes to avoid while applying
-Whether I should focus more on projects, DSA, or system design
Also, could you suggest some good websites or resources for interview preparation (especially for full stack/frontend/backend roles)?
Thanks in advance for your help
