Unpopular opinion

So I was always told with psoriasis let it be. Don’t pick it or try to remove it. For reference I only have it on my face in my eyebrows and chin (mostly). I tried that several times over years. It never seems to improve the condition, lesson the re-growth, or the irritation. I have started to remove it daily after a shower with first an eyelash brush, tweezer, and sometimes I dermaplane my skin. I know that’s a huge no no but I’ve seen improvement if I’m careful with my skin and treat it properly after. I just refuse to let it go because it sometimes will also cause me cystic acne, which is another nightmare to treat. Im not recommending any of this. Just looking for anyone who has had similar experiences

Carpel Tunnel thumb?

I had years off and on of wake up with my hands numb, but it was easily fixed with circulation and I know sometimes I sleep weird. I didn’t think anything of it. I’m 41 and for the past two days my thumb is completely numb. I feel like I’m touching a someone’s else finger as gross as that sounds. It doesn’t have mobility like my other hand. It’s just so sudden and extreme. I scheduled as appointment with a specialist next month. Has anyone had a similar experience? I’m hoping it will correct itself but it doesn’t seem likely at this point
