Rock Band Neighbor
The late 30s or 40 year old guy who lives with his mother next door to us has a rockband that he plays with in the drive way/garage of their house. When I say rockband I mean they have amps and microphones to project the terrible guitar playing and singing. Usually starts playing at 7pm and go on for as long as they want. This guy also practices by himself in the garage any time of day (10am, 4pm, Midnight, 3am). My house is on the side of the garage and my bedroom is literally next to it. But even if I am across the house I can still hear the music blaring. I'm relatively new to the area and I can't believe the other neighbors have put up with this for years. The other neighbors close to me are 3 houses with retirement age people and a house with children.
