Why is everything shutting down?

There are a half dozen other apps that are shutting down as well.

ULPT Request: Neighbor is using HOA as a weapon
My friend bought a condo last June and moved into a building with a very aggressive HOA.
Not long after moving in, she started spending time with her downstairs neighbor. After a few months, she ended things with him.
Since then, he has apparently been reporting her to the HOA for everything he can think of. For example, they are suddenly complaining about the paint on the trim of her exterior door, even though plenty of other units have doors in about the same condition.
What would you do in this situation?
