Baking with Burtfield’s & Co (American butter)

I bake every weekend, and this weekend the supermarket only had the crappy imported American butter, so I had no other choice but to buy it—and this was the result. After doing some research, I discovered the butter has to be treated differently from NZ butter. Has anyone else been caught out by this and is pissed off?!

P.s. these are meant to be biscuits.
