The problem with the Jaune's "imposter syndrome" arc is that he is, in fact, an imposter

Jaune faked all of his papers and exams to enter Beacon Academy, making one of the main characters of the show a liar and a fraud.

Now this wound't be a problem if it was shown that he feels guilty over this, or that he had altruist reasons to want to become a huntsman.

Take Leorio from Hunter x Hunter as an example: he is a fraud that is hard carried by his friends throught the whole hunter exam, but we fell sympath for him because he wants to become a hunter to help people, and he is risking his life for a good cause despite being weak.

In Jaune's case, however, he wants to become a huntsman for his own personal dreams of glory and becoming a hero, and he risks people life in the first season because he is dumb and unprepared for danger.

He also don't show that he fells guilty for cheating, but rather that he is having a hard time in the academy for being weak. Again, it's all about him, not the others.

This is the reason why i don't like Jaune as a character: he does almost nothing for himself during the first 3 volumes and causes problems all the time, but the show always rewards him for that.

How would you write Qrow Semblance?

In my fic, Qrow is able to control when to use his semblance, and it's very OP in how much bad Luck he can create around him (Final Destination levels of Bad Luck).

But the downside is that he can't choose the people his semblance affects, so he never uses it unless he is figthing bad guys alone, which is the reason why he always go in missions all by himself.

Now we know why the Mikaboshi started the war

Datensenki is the only reason they we're able to survive all this time. It's far more to them than just a precious resource, it's the base of their entire existence. It's their god and savior.

Then the Soga clan, the guys who we're responsible for them being forced to live under the sea, get their hands in the datensenki and decided to use it to create weapons for themselfs.

Anyone in their place woud be absolutely scared and decided to not let the people who hurted them in the past use their own life resource against them

The most fascinating thing about Kunishige is that, despite how much he regrets his life choices, he doens't try to stop Chihiro from doing the same

It would be easy for him to talk to Chihiro and convince him to do something else with his life instead of trying to forge an enchanted blade

Instead, while he doens't encourage Chihiro to create swords, he doens't try to stop him either and even teaches him how to do so when he asks

Kunishige is an amazing father because he doens't try to tell Chihiro how to think and how to live his life. He trust him to be smart and empathic enough to see the world for himself and form his own ideals. He truly believes Chihiro is able to follow the same path as him and not do the same mistakes.
