Reminds me of when I used to organise LAN parties back in the day - playing Duke Nukem 3D or Microsoft Combat Flight-Sim - OK , so they weren't quite like this!

They style is very characteristic of 70's retrofuturism . Hard to nail down the artist but it's likely one of these guys - Jamie Good , Chris Foss or Robert McCall .
