pls help a girlie out 😭 finding best skin tint shade match

pls help a girlie out 😭

i’m planning to buy either the issy active skin tint or colourette first base based on reviews, and i tried to find my shade by comparing website swatches on my face under different lighting.

about me: combo skin pero leaning more to oily? i think. i want a light weight + transfer proof sa mask + long lasting skin tint sana

in the first photo, those are just references positions of where i was standing relative to the light source (outside our house).

in the second photo, i was a bit farther from the light source (outside).

in the third photo, i moved a bit closer to the light source (outside).

pls help me figure out which shade matches me best, and also let me know if the issy skin tint or colourette first base tends to oxidize so i can take that into consideration.

also, if you have other recommendations for lightweight, transfer-proof, and long-lasting skin tints, i’d really appreciate it! if possible, pls suggest shades for me in those products too since issy & colourette lang yung na-swatch ko 😭

p.s. i also don't know if this method is accurate but i tried my best, have no current skin tint/foundation that i'm using kasi 😅

For agencies/direct hire: quantity of ICU years vs quality of ICU exp?

Hi po! Need advice lang especially sa mga nurses na nasa US na or currently processing (agency/direct hire).

New RN here and my main goal is to eventually work as an ICU nurse in the US.

Right now I’m trying to be strategic with my first job, and I’m torn between two paths:

Option 1: Tertiary private hospital (150–200 beds)

- More complex cases and stronger training

- But most likely need to start in Med-Surg first (maybe 6 months–1 year) before ICU

- So delayed yung actual ICU experience timeline

Option 2: Secondary private hospital (100 beds)

- Higher chance of getting into ICU earlier (after short adjustment period)

- I can start building ICU experience sooner

- But possibly lower acuity / less complex cases

My main goal is to:

- Build ICU experience

- Eventually apply for US (direct hire or agency)

- And ideally start my PD as early as possible

So I’m wondering:

Mas okay ba to:

- get ICU experience earlier (kahit lower acuity), so I can build “years of ICU” faster

OR

- wait longer in a tertiary hospital, but once I get into ICU, mas complex cases and stronger experience (pero delayed timeline)

For those already working in the US or naka-agency:

- Do employers care about hospital level or bed capacity?

- Or mas importante yung actual ICU experience (like skills, cases handled, etc.)?

Gusto ko lang sana maging strategic sa first step ko since this might affect my long-term path 😅

Any advice or experience would really help. Thank you po!
