Hi guys! I am moving into my first rental property soon. My electricity and gas connection will start in the next few days. Do I need to be present when the technician comes to set it up as my unit/apartment building is fenced and gated. Or do they have master keys to access the meters?

Hi guys! I’m moving into my own place for the first time and wanted some recommendation about what tv to get.

TCL 50-inch P7K QLED 4K Google TV or Hisense 50-inch Q6Q 4K QLED Smart TV 2025?

The price for both of these tvs are almost the same. I have read online that TCL is better. But does anyone have any recommendations? I will be using this Tv mostly for watching movies and shows.
