Hi all,

My mom was scheduled for citizenship interview ceremony on the 23rd of April. She is out of country helping a sick family member. She will be back in July. How can we ask for rescheduling? In the invitation letter, It says “Contact IRCC within 48 hours from the interview date”.

There is no email or anything and calling IRCC is a hit and miss. How do we do this?

Any help will be appreciated!
