For Professional Game Developers: Did Learning Godot Help Your Career?

Hey everyone, I’m currently learning both Godot and Unity and trying to decide how I should approach my career path in game development.

I wanted to ask people who are already working in game studios or professionally making games:

  • How much did you learn Godot before moving to Unity (if you did)?
  • Did learning Godot help you professionally?
  • Have you ever gotten internships, freelance work, or job opportunities because of Godot?
  • Do indie studios care much about the engine itself, or more about programming/gameplay skills?
  • If you switched from Godot to Unity, what was the hardest part?

I’m especially interested in hearing from gameplay programmers or indie studio developers.

Thanks!

How can i manage attack and direction without stop and reset frame.

I'm getting a small problem and don't understand how to solve it. When I'm pressing attack and suddenly change the direction the attack animation is resetting and again the animation starting even I'm not using attack button. Just suddenly i changing the direction.

How can i solve it?

I'm using Godot.

I wanna know about judiciary system of america from real people. Do people believe in it?

Hi, I'm an indian guy, in india i believe that judiciary isn't same for everyone. Rich people can by pass the system and easily get out from any type of crime. If they're rich then they easily come out from a big crime case. So sometimes i can't trust our judiciary system. I believe that whoever do any big crimes they should accept the consequences and they should face that consequences. Doesn't matter if they're my mother, father or any of relatives.

So i wanna know about America's judiciary system, does it work like our country or is it different? I don't believe any social media news most of them are fake, so i didn't believe them and directly I'm asking from real people.

Is it different or same for everyone?

How you're guys so chill??

I've a doubt for Americans and British people. How they're so chill and they don't make any drama on pressure situation. I asked some people about it but they never said the way it should be. So thought i should ask here.

• How they don't react too fast?

• How they don't make any drama even sometimes their close someone died?

• How they always be chill and talk without any emotions?

• Don't they feel emotions?

• Did they learn it from their environment?

• How can others learn it?

Characters, tunnel size comparison is really confusing. Like do I've to make a big tunnel or a small version then resize it?

Mostly I'm in programming part. But i wanna make the place by my own.

So there's any tips?
