Do you think the context of a persons suicide matters for what path your sol will take in the interdimensions? Like if for example if that person committed suicide because they were trying to escape torture from a government and not because of depression or anxiety
I started meditating around 1 month ago and I feel that together with other things like exercising in the mornings and yoga it has helped with my anxiety. However, 9 days ago I had to get surgery and I have not been able to do anything else but stay home alone and look at reels and the news have just peaked my anxiety. Today I meditated for one hour but even so, I was really anxious after so I took 0.25 clonazepam. I wanted to know if this is normal or is meditation not working for me? Even when I have been 40-50mins meditating there are moments that still get intrusive thoughts is that normal?
