I no longer live in Abbotsford but it is my hometown so I’m asking on behalf of a family member,

Is there a free program for new parents that includes baby classes or playgroups along with resources for financial assistance (such as formula samples etc) we have one in my current town called Bellies to Babies but I couldn’t find anything when I googled Abbotsford!
