Hello!

I saw a post like this a few days ago about life is strange art but I couldn't find it again. I'm looking to commission an artist who can do something similar to the example photos shown. The smudgy, soft, messy realism(?). This will be used for profile pictures, so I am specifically looking people who can work on icons (1080x1080). My budget is $90 (max not base) for 1-2 icons.
