Favorite cleanser for oily but sensitive Rosacea type 2 skin? Fungal acne safe options only pls
Accidentally discovered my rosacea safe cleanser (bioderma pink rinse off cleanser) is triggering fungal acne, I need a new suggestion.
When I try looking, the top recommended cleansers for rosacea have fungal acne triggers
Open to all suggestions aside from Vanicream which is too gentle for me and doesn't get the oils off my face
