There is a lot of uncertainty around PUSD school consolidation and closures and we’re considering moving to Arcadia. I’ve heard it can be a pretty stressful and competitive environment for kids.

Has anyone moved from Pasadena to Arcadia and been happy with living there and the schools? We are thinking of the highland oaks (north Arcadia) neighborhood. We’ve considered moving to South Pasadena or San Marino first but there are bidding wars and house prices just cost a lot more there.
