I have been using tracphone for years now, whenever my phone gets old and broken I just buy a new moto from trackphone because I really like the full year of unlimited text and call. I did that this year, the box said it was unlimited text and call, but this is saying I'm out of texts, and only had 3000 minutes (the data is also wrong, cause my phone says I've only used 1.5 gigs when I should have 2 total) does anyone know how to fix this or what's going on? Whenever I try to view my plan it just gives me an error message, I've only had this phone less than a month, like 3 weeks max so it's not like it's been a year and finally expiring.
