Where does current Good Boo scale in relation to all previous Boos? How many times stronger?

Kid Boo was literally the worst thing to happen to the manga. He can't talk, he's not compelling, he's a dummy, there's just absolutely no good qualities to him. Fat Boo was great because he had that whimsical attitude while still being able to evoke fear while Super Boo and his transformations were a much better version of an evil Boo, being cold and calculating.

Kid Boo is strongest, but who the f**k cares? That's all he has going for him. A big, stupid pink gorilla wannabe. I can't believe there are still people out there that think OG Broly has no personality when this oaf exists.

If this is the case, why would Boo try to use transfiguration beam, a move that is designed to end a fight quickly? This is the equivalent of pulling out a gun in the middle of a boxing match. The previous two times this move was utilized in the manga, it was a desperate act performed out of frustration. In addition, why would Boo look shocked several times in the fight? If you can sense energy and you know you are superior to your opponent, why would anything they do surprise you or make you sweat?

This is a strong confirmation that Kid Boo and SSJ3 Goku were more or less even in the beginning. On the other hand, Goku fled from Boohan immediately, never even attempting to defend himself. Feats > statements.
