For the past weeks, I've been reflecting about my improvements. Comparing myself to my younger self, I become calmer and reserved. I am confident in presenting myself in front of others (e.g., class reporting, thesis defense, group discussion) but I notice that I sometimes lose my words like not being able to transfer my thoughts verbally despite being able to maintain my calmness in the midst of it.
Although I can write my thoughts well, I say things differently when I speak. A downgraded version of my thoughts.
Badly want to fix myself in this area.
