Do any of your family members know that you bite your nails and then when they see you they ask about it?

I hate when that happens because I’m already embarrassed about my nails and I can’t stop most of the time.

I tried and I’m making progress somewhat.

My mom just tells me to stop not and then and tells me to get bitter nail polish and my dad tells me not to bite my nails (okay genius).
