I just got my usc finaid package and it’s a 30k increase from what the net calculator told me what it was (~55k).

Obviously I cannot afford the 88k they’re telling me and I’m rlly confused how it could change from the price of their calc. Is there any way I could appeal this? If so what can I say? I know my dad has made less money since 2024 so do I report that or the fact that my moms job is seasonal idek where to start 😭😭 im thinking about calling them and asking abt this today, any tips?
