I’m in the middle of servicing my swing arm and linkage bearings. I can’t for the life of me seem to get out the pivot bolt collar and sleeve from the engine case any tips?

I’ve tried penetrating oil and knocking them loose from the inside don’t seem to budge even a little. Any tips?
