I haven’t drawn anything for the past few months because of exams, so this is me finally trying to get back into it. Honestly, it feels a bit weird coming back after a break my hand doesn’t feel as confident, and I keep noticing small mistakes that I probably wouldn’t have thought about before. But at the same time, it also feels good to sit down and draw again.
This piece is still incomplete, and I’m not fully satisfied with it yet. I feel like some areas look off, especially the proportions and maybe the shading, but I can’t exactly pinpoint everything that needs fixing. That’s one of the main reasons I’m posting this. I want honest feedback. Not just “looks good,” but actual critique on what I should improve and how.
I’m mainly into anime-style art right now, but I do want to improve fundamentals like anatomy, proportions, and shading properly.

At the same time, I’m also looking to connect with other artists here. I don’t really have people around me who are into drawing seriously, so it gets a bit isolating sometimes. It would be nice to talk to others who are on a similar path, share progress, exchange feedback, and just improve together over time.
