What's the point of carers allowance?

I usually get carers allowance but my wife's pip is messed up and we didn't get it this months and I realized we get the same amount with or without carers allowance?

As they take it pound for pound and you can get the carers element of universal credit with or without carers allowance what's the point is applying for carers allowance?

I was told I'd be better of with carers allowance?

What's the benefits and drawbacks of having it or not thankyou!

Coyote 3 inner tent cords snapping.

After setting it up in the garden the second time one of them snapped and I had to knot it, third time setting it up one of them broke completely off. The quality doesn't seem the best.

I've emailed gooutdoors about this and hopefully they repair or replace the inner.

If not what would I need to buy or do to fix them?

Oex tocana solo stove set.

Ordered one yesterday and got canceled earlier today as it was out of stock. Checked hours later and they have it in stock but yellow instead of red and it's 69GBP instead of 44GBP?? Is there any differences or just the colour? So sad... lol

how can they say it's new just because they change the colour of the lid? and it looks way worse than the red.

Looking for wide hiking boots, need help!

There's so many choices and most don't do my size or wide or out of stock...

I am 10.5 wide fit, looking for boots or anything for multi day hikes with 12kg pack.
