After seeing more clips of Travis, that line feels way less random and way more telling about the whole dynamic 😭 Like not fully picking up what’s being said, then replying with full confidence like you understood it anyway.

It’s not just one awkward moment either. It’s multiple examples of missing the cue, missing the point, or needing the meaning explained after the fact.
