for context, i use depop shipping and scan the qr code at the kiosk in the post office. there is a delay in the item being marked as shipped because somebody in the back has to process it afaik. does depop notify them when the item is marked as shipped or do i have to message the buyer? i’ve sold 50~ items and had no problem but i’m trying to have better communication with buyers.
