So yeah I did it! I got this bad boy for free. It turns on fine but… we have issues. The front panel appears unresponsive, except for the buttons on the left (input change, under scan ecc…) but the ones on the right show no sign of doing anything. Also, the video indicator LEDs never turn on. The picture is way too bright and it’s ever so slightly shaking left to right, but the contrast and brightness buttons don’t do anything. Is it a problem with my inputs? I tried both SVIDEO and composite from my vga adapter… same thing. Any tips would be appreciated!

Got this bad boy for 80 euros. It miraculously survived shipping, still kinda dirty but that’s easily fixable. G2 is a tiny high so blacks aren’t as deep as I’d like them to be. It’s really sharp and saturated, Super Bright mode honestly scared me, really insane contrast boost. I also have the monitor hood but the glue isn’t sticky anymore. Very proud of my purchase!
