I've recently purchased a meanwell power supply SPV-300-24 as seen in photo to power my FCOB led lights, but i can't seem to get it to turn on, i understand that <~1V is the off state when i'm plugged in.

It was suggested by GPT that i bypass RC to V+ since it needs a low voltage signal to turn on (this is essentially where you would wire in a relay switch?). But unfortunately this did not help.

Does anyone have experience with this?
