Hi folks,

Tore my bicep off at the elbow 2 years ago in a workplace accident. Following orders from senior management, health and saftey was none existent in the place. Manual handling was done to a UK standard not to an irish one. Left the business last year, been pursuing legal action against them since. Its currently with the irb board.

My questions are:

Roughly how long does a claim take to be fully delt with??

How much compensation should I expect? Ive permanent damage to my arm, loss of movement and strength and a 3 inch scar.

Any info anyone can give me on this would be appreciated
