First time using my waffle maker and I love it so much!!!! Made the hashbrowns with russet taters and tossed with some nooch, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Also featured is a soy curl scramble with onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms and vegan steak sauce.

I base the Mac recipe off nora cooks Mac recipe but add in heart of palm cooked up in old bay and mix in old bay with the breadcrumbs too.

Used up my free bag of Sam’s taco crumbles from Butler for a quick and easy cinco de mayo dinner!
Penne with vodka sauce and impossible meatballs, dinner rolls and brownies!
The rolls I used nora cooks recipe, the brownies are adapted from rainbow plant life’s recipe and the vodka sauce I adapted from the vodka recipe in the Vegana Italiana cookbook :)
All made while nice and high from some old secret cookies gummies and some other kind I don’t even know the strain and already threw out the package 😆 extremely enjoyable day!

Hoped to get some hint of orange color by adding turmeric to the frosting but nope it came out this pretty yellow that looks way too much like butter when combined with the pipe job 😆 A sort of accidental baking imposter but tasted amazing!
