So I've been on .5 for a few weeks. It helps but I keep reading that 1.0 is where you need to get for maximum weight loss. My question is, can I take .75 before trying 1.0? I'm just trying to avoid worsened side effects.

I'm looking for a cat groomer. My baby had a pretty bad mat on her back that she won't let me touch. She's a big girl too.
