Check your account if you use Zelle!
I happened to look up something in my account today (business account) and saw a reversal of a Zelle payment I had made to my personal account. I did not initiate the reversal. Has not been withdrawn yet from my personal. I called and was told this was a "known issue" (random Zelle reversals) after software update Friday night. The suggestion (well, after the regular agent told me there was no remedy she could suggest, because "unexpected circumstances befall us all the time") by a supervisor was to re-initiate the Zelle (to avoid a catastrophic issue in my personal account). Insane! No alert, no email about any "known issue" - what a mess. What if this had been to someone other than me? What if I hadn't noticed and bounced a bunch of bills?
