Our 4 Players With Double Digit Points Last Night

Our 4 Players With Double Digit Points Last Night

Carla and Bridget set new career highs in points. Kamiah tied their previous highs. Luisa just missed out, her previous high was 14 points. Lots of our players are going to set new career highs with our style of play this season, likely multiple times. I was especially impressed with Kamiah. She’s played sparingly since coming into the league in 2020 but she gots a really good 3 point shot. She was 4/5 last night. Bridget was 5/11 and overall we were 15/33. We should be in a lot of games this season if we are hitting the deep ball. 🔥

My Top 16 Seeds In My Bracket Revealed

Here are my top 16 seeds. This is the first time I’ve ever predicted the bracket so I’m looking forward to seeing how well I do compared to the what committee shows.

1) Alabama

  1. Nebraska

  2. Texas

  3. Oklahoma

  4. Arkansas

  5. UCLA

  6. Florida

  7. Tennessee

  8. Florida State

  9. Oregon

  10. Georgia

  11. Duke

  12. LSU

  13. Oklahoma State

  14. Texas Tech

  15. Texas A&M

Just missing hosting was Stanford and Virginia Tech.

I also won’t be shocked if the committee puts Florida at 6 and UCLA at 7. And also Georgia at 10 and Oregon at 11.

Either way I think we will see a UCLA/Georgia and Florida/Oregon in the Supers if all teams advance.

Sam Cassell had a great NBA career and won 3 NBA titles as a player and 1 as an assistant coach ( 2024 Celtics). Since retiring he’s been an assistant coach for several teams, 2008 to present. He’s currently been with the Celtics since 2023. All the players and coaches think highly of him. Joe Mazzulla hired him and praises him a lot. If we hire him he’d bring Mazzulla‘s system over which would fit in perfectly for our team. He’s a brilliant basketball mind and will know how to maximize our players potential. I know he wants a head coaching gig and if we offer him he will take it.

They just revealed the 2026 B1G TEN softball tournament bracket. Some great matchups. I’m looking forward to seeing Ohio State and Michigan, they have a great rivalry. Winner will play Nebraska. Possible rematch of this weekend series between Oregon and UCLA in the semis. Who do you have winning it all?

In Mesidors intro video. He talks to Jim Harbaugh and also Ben Herbert. And they both said Luigi texted them and said Akheem was his cousin. Then they asked Akheem and he confirmed Luigi was his cousin as well. I’m trying to find him on the Chargers roster but there is nobody by the name of Luigi or something thats sounds similar. Maybe he’s a scout team player and thats why he’s not listed? Or maybe he’s one of the coach’s or team personnel perhaps? Who is “Luigi”? 🤔

What game down in UCLA this afternoon! It had lots of offense and clutch hitting. Oregon won 13-11 and win the series. They can go for the sweep tomorrow. Since joining the B1G last year they have never lost a series and go to 16-0 all time. They have dominated the conference the past two seasons. 🦆 🥎

From her IG post, it looks like she was diagnosed right after she began her freshman year and is currently getting treatment now. I wish her the best.

“A little bit of a different post from me today. I’m not one to share personal details about myself on the internet but I feel like it is my responsibility as a college athlete to spread awareness.
A little over a year ago, right after the beginning of my freshman season of college, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, an autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks the Central Nervous System (your spinal cord and brain). I never felt ready to share because it was a part of me that I wasn’t ready to accept yet, so I went through a lot of the beginning stages of my diagnosis with just a few people knowing what was truly going on. After lots of tests, MRI’s, blood work and doctor’s visits I was properly diagnosed and started infusion treatments this fall. While there is not a cure yet, science and modern medicine are rapidly developing, which gives me hope for all of the people living with autoimmune diseases.
I’m thankful for the people at UCLA and at UGA who have helped me through this and who have supported me. I’m always grateful for The Lord, because His plan is bigger than mine and He has helped me understand that my identity is in Him, not a disease that I have. I thank Jesus every day for the amazing people in my life and for giving me the strength to show up for them every day just like they show up for me.
I’m not sharing this for pity or out of sorrow, but to spread awareness and inspiration. Even if this message makes just one single person feel less alone, then my job is complete. You are never alone. As long as God keeps waking you up every day, He’s got a plan for you. You have the strength, and you have the power to do amazing things, despite unfortunate circumstances. Everything happens for a reason, and I pray that this message finds someone who needs to hear it.
I also want to thank my teammate, @ keirstin.roose She has inspired me to share my story and to help spread awareness.
